IMPORTANT INFO:

-Pickups are either TUESDAY 11/26 (10a-4p) or WEDNESDAY 11/27 (8a-12p) at Monumental Market (36 South St., Jamaica Plain, MA)

-Ordering deadline is SUNDAY 11/24 by 4p

-Pickup days can fill up so its good to get your order in early!

-All orders must go through THIS FORM. You will receive an invoice which must be paid prior to pickup (no later than Sunday 11/24) to confirm your order. If your order is not paid by Sunday 11/24 then your order will not be confirmed
